Your documents stay yours
Companies send us claims, drafts and reports, often before they are published. We treat every document as confidential. This page explains what we keep, where we keep it, who can see it, and how to have it deleted.
In short
- What you submit is used only to run your scan. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
- Everything stays in the European Union, on very secure servers.
- The AI models never learn from your documents.
- Ask us, and we delete a scan and its documents for good.
What we receive
The text you paste, the PDF or web page you submit, any reference documents you attach, the company facts you fill in, and the findings the scan produces. For your account we hold your name and email address, and the list of scans you ran.
What we use it for
Only to run your scan and give you its results: on screen, as a PDF report, and under "Previous scans", so you can reopen them later. Nobody else using Green Swans can see your scans.
A small number of Green Swans team members, including our legal expert, may review a scan to check the quality of its findings and improve the tool. They are bound by confidentiality. We do not share your documents with anyone else, and we never use them for marketing.
Where it is kept
On Amazon Web Services, in the European Union. The files you upload are kept in encrypted storage, and the text and findings in our database. Every connection to greenswans.ai is encrypted.
The AI behind the scan
The scan's AI models run on Amazon Web Services, in the European Union. Your documents are never used to train any AI model, and are never shared with the companies that build them.
How long we keep it
For now we keep your scans and their documents until further notice, so your results stay available to you. You can ask us at any time to delete a scan: we then permanently delete its findings and the documents you submitted with it.
Cookies
Only the ones the site needs to work: one keeps you signed in, one protects our forms against forgery, and one remembers your language. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to us and we will answer within 15 days.
